It all starts with a dialoge on the nature of the task, overall strategies and challenges. In short creating the overall picture putting the specific task into perspective and helping to understand targets and success criteria.

Clear and written agreements outlining the task, level and type of engagement, success criteria, timelines, stakeholders, reporting, governance, change management etc.

Deploy
All about execution and using our talents, know-how and experience to deliver from day one. We perform regular status and progress check-ins with stakeholders and review adherence to agreements and procedures.

Develop
The world is dynamic, conditions and prerequisites may change, so we perform regular internal reviews aiming to identify suggestions for change, improvement or new ideas spinning out of the execution. In most cases this will be an integral part of the recurrent stakeholder dialogue during execution.

Deliver
It may be trivial given the regular check-ins during execution, however, we still emphasize formal and mutual quality reviews of fulfillment of agreements and expectations as part of the formal handover.
